I believe that massage therapy is a very effective way to treat muscular pain and should be considered a treatment, not a luxury. Over the past five years, I have treated a variety of conditions including frozen shoulder, sciatica, TMJ disorder, migraines, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and pain associated with trigger points. I have also come to a deeper understanding of how posture can affect one's pain with regards to the entire body. I specialize in therapeutic massage, ashiatsu oriental bar therapy, reflexology, hot stone, and deep tissue. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Before attending school for massage I attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

I am a Nebraska Licensed Massage Therapist through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Licensing Board. I am a graduate of the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare and graduated in 2014. From there I had worked in a spa setting for a year. I am a very intuitive therapist that can customize every massage to my clients needs. My passion is to decrease stress, so the body can begin to heal. I believe that massage therapy is one of the oldest health arts for a reason; not only can it help the body physically but mentally also. My main focus is to educate clients not only what massage can do but what self-care options they have as well. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy massage. I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
