I believe that massage therapy is a very effective way to treat muscular pain and should be considered a treatment, not a luxury. Over the past six years, I have treated a variety of conditions including frozen shoulder, sciatica, TMJ disorder, migraines, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and pain associated with trigger points. I have recently taken further training on how to alleviate pain associated with TMJ disorder, and specialize in this treatment. I specialize in therapeutic massage, ashiatsu oriental bar therapy, reflexology, and deep tissue. I have had advanced training in ashiatsu oriental bar therapy and enjoy working with my feet just as much if not more than working with my hands. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Before attending school for massage I attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

I began my interest in bodywork over 10 years ago and have recently culminated all those years of practice into earning my 1,000 hr NE state license. After years living on the west coast and abroad while working in ecolgy/commercial fishing I am happy to once again be calling Nebraska home. I am excited to bring Thai Yoga massage, prenatal, deep tissue, east/west integrated and more to the community of Lincoln. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
ANGIE KUBALEK, LMT
I attended the Omaha School of Massage of Herzing University. I am certified and licensed to massage in Nebraska, and I am a part of the American Massage Therapy Association. I have taken extra courses in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Myofascial/Craniosacral Release, and I'm excited to learn many more modalities in the years to come.
I have been interested in Therapeutic Massage for years, and have a deep appreciation for holistic, natural, and healthy living. I hope to guide others to achieve balance from within through the process of teaching, evolving, and healing with therapeutic touch

My career as a massage therapist in Nebraska began in May of 2011 when I graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha. Since then, my practice has evolved to include focused studies such as: myofascial release, prenatal massage and abdominal massage (for reproductive/digestive health). I've also received additional training for cupping and gua-sha, and really enjoy using these tools in my work. Most recently, however, I have done some studying in Body Art Therapy and I'm looking forward to continuing to use the skills that I've developed in ten years as a natural henna artist more frequently with my clients to help them bring awareness and healing to their own bodies.
