Yoga Services

A variety of yoga classes are offered at Empowered Healing including Restorative, Slow Flow, Yoga Foundations, and Yin Flow. Read on for further descriptions on each class as well as our offerings. All yoga classes are $15 per class. To register for class, click the link below. Payment is collected at the time of class. Please note, gift cards purchased for massage services cannot be used towards yoga classes.

Candlelight Restorative with Staci Stephenson-Mondays 7:30-8:30 pm

Enjoy restorative yoga in a candlelit room. Wind down from your Monday by slowing down and open up your body through passive stretching. We use props to support you rather than your muscles to allow for a full body experience and deep relaxation.

Yoga Foundations with Gabrielle James-Tuesdays 6-7 pm

I believe everything begins with a strong foundation.  In this hour-long class, we will work on building the foundation of your yoga practice.  We will explore the primary postures of yoga and how to integrate breath with movement.  We will work on a meaningful mind body connection and fine-tune your alignment to bring balance and harmony within.  You will leave this class feeling invigorated of body and peaceful of mind.  This class is suitable to all ages and levels.  It will be as challenging as you make it!

Slow Flow with Maddie Schiltmeyer-Wednesdays 7-8 pm, Sundays 5:30-6:30 pm

Slow Flow is a great practice for all levels of yogis. This class is vinyasa based yoga with slower, fluid movements. Through connection of body and breath, you will be guided through a playful practice leaving with you a clear mind and a light heart. 

Yin Flow with Gabrielle James-Thursdays 7-8 pm

Yin is a passive slow-paced style of yoga.  In this hour-long class, we will gently warm up our bodies and then hold floor postures for two to five minutes.  This will allow your body time to melt and relax into the pose, stretching its connective tissue.  Overtime this will increase your range of motion by removing blockages and forging new energetic pathways.  Time spent in these postures is much like meditation, focusing on your breath and being in the present moment.  Expect to reach deeper states of relaxation and calmness.  You will leave this class riding on a wave of bliss.
