Jenni Hansen, LMT, BA, DATE NIGHT Instructor, Owner

I believe that massage therapy is a very effective way to treat muscular pain and should be considered a treatment, not a luxury.  Over the past twelve years, I have treated a variety of conditions including frozen shoulder, sciatica, TMJ disorder, migraine headaches, whiplash, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel issues, plantar fasciitis, and pain associated with trigger points to name a few.  I have taken neuromuscular technique training on how to alleviate pain associated with TMJ disorder, rotator cuff, and forearm pain, thoracic and low back and specialize in this treatment. It is my passion to help individuals alleviate pain. Over the past few years, my massage practice has transitioned to a more clinical approach. Ideally, those scheduling with me should be seeking treatment for pain relief and not relaxation.

I have always been a pioneer in spirit and love to bring new modalities to our community. Although I am not currently accepting new clients, I was one of the first in our community to offer ashiatsu oriental bar therapy. Our studio implemented Lincoln’s first and only dry active salt therapy room. We were also one of the first massage studios to offer vibrational sound therapy in 2016. Before attending school for massage, I attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have a background in social work and have a passion for people in general.

Additionally, I am an ethical massage employer. I am humbled to say that I have employed Massage Therapists in our community for over 7 years. It is truly a remarkable experience to be a part of their journey and to create meaningful employment for others. I hope to continue to find ways to make our studio more progressive and fresh in the years to come. Nothing grows in stagnant waters.
