I’m a licensed massage therapist here in Lincoln, Nebraska. I graduated from the College of Hair Design’s Esthetics program in May 2024, and then moved to school at the Lincoln Academy of Massage and Bodyworks and graduated recently in September 2025. I believe that self care is essential, not optional - and massage is one of the most powerful ways to support both your physical and mental wellbeing. 

My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can let go of stress and give yourself a chance to rest, heal, and reset. I want to help my clients slow down and make time for themselves in this busy world.
