My name is Ashley, and I graduated from the Lincoln Academy of Massage and Bodyworks in 2025 . I am a dedicated massage therapist specializing in slow, precise deep tissue work designed to relieve chronic pain and restore mobility. My passion lies in understanding the unique structural needs of your body and delivering targeted, therapeutic relief. While deep tissue is my core expertise, I work to continuously expand my skill set and incorporate new modalities to ensure you always receive the most effective, up-to-date care possible. I offer deep tissue, therapeutic massage, hot stone therapy, bamboo massage, dry brushing, and sugar scrubs. I started at Empowered Healing in February 2026 and have taken in house training on low back and hip and also offer focus sessions for low back and hip pain.
