Ashely Convey, LMT

My name is Ashley, and I am a recent graduate of the Lincoln Academy of Massage and Bodyworks. I specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, focusing on helping clients relax, reduce tension, and manage chronic pain.

I am dedicated to learning new techniques and refining my skills to ensure the best possible experience for my clients. My goal is to create tailored treatment plans that address your specific needs, whether you are dealing with years of built-up tension or simply seeking relief from daily stress.

Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family. I also have a three-year-old son who definitely keeps me on my toes!
